Perhaps more a dagger than a sword, but a Dai Dha none the less, and Sterling (92%+ silver sheet). True Silver Burmese Shan Dai Dha, the “Dai” is important as it is the style with the Lotus bud pommel; many dealers sell lesser Shan Dhas as Shan Dai Dha, but if they do not have the lotus bud head / pommel, they are not.
The 7 7/8 inch sharpened steel blade is in good condition, no nicks, the grip a little loose. The fine filigree silver work hilt and scabbard in good order. The dha sheathes and draws well.
