Three WW2 dated British Royal Navy / Army jack knives.
Two examples with Navy issued folding Marlin Spikes, tin opener and blade, the Army example with a folding blade and tin opener.
The 2 Navy examples dated 1939 and 1941 respectively, with one by Butcher of Sheffield and the other by ‘SSP’.
The Army example dated 1941 and faintly marked ‘Rogers’.
Each knife has the usual crosshatched grip and lanyard ring.
The sizes range from 9.5cm length, up to 9.8cm length (folded).
Condition: generally good.
Normal service wear to each, plus darkening to some of the steel parts.
The Army example appears to have a panel cut out of the grip to allow it to be personalised with the
owners name, which is âC.Reesâ.
One of the Navy examples has the initials WKA scratched into one of the grips.
Evidence of sharpening to the blades in places.
