No maker’s mark. Just very aged / feint “Eisenhower” (“Steel Cutter”) banner to the blade.
The 32 3/4 inch plain blade (except for feint “Eisenhower” banner one side) has a steady patina and is firm in the hilt. The stirrup hilt / guard also has a pleasing patina and is in good condition. The composite grip and twisted grip wire bindings all a little aged but good. The blackened steel scabbard with age, especially around the chape, but is good; the sword sheathes and draws well.
