With ASC regimental badge to the blade, a quality Hawksworth of Sheffield World War One era / King George V British Army Service Corps Officer’s Sword and Scabbard in overall very good condition.
The 32 1/16 inch blade is well etched, in good condition and firm in the hilt. The steel hilt / guard has age (tarnish) and possibly a small distortion (or it may be by design), but is good. The leather field service scabard has age, blemishes and also some wear / use damage around the chape, but is sound. The sword sheathes and draws well.
