Supremely well / deep etched with wildlife and hunting scenes, this is a rare VIP’s ceremonial curvy / serpentine bladed tulwar sword., circa 1870.
The 30 3/4 inch blade is etched all the way from the hilt to the tip, in very good condition and firm in the hilt. The supremely well decorated steel hilt with special serpent scales pommel and well etched grip is also very good. No scabbard.
