Circa 1750 or earlier. These Indian Deccan Chilanum Daggers are highly collectible, especially with wootz / watered steel blades. They often sell at auction for many thousands of pounds, see here.
The wavy 9 7/16 inch blade is worn (polished wear) but the quality / steel pattern of the blade is still visible. Blade in very good condition (a drip of old varnish is present but should easily be removed with care) and firm in the hilt. The stell hilt / guard has age / wear but is also very good. Scabbard / sheath absent.
