Regimentally marked (“1. M. I. 1. 7.”) for / to 1st Militär-Intendantur Section 1, weapon 7. Dated in spine to 1871 (“71” over Prussian crown). Marked at the forte to maker Jung & Son.
The plain 17 inch blade is in very good condition and form in the hilt. The one piece brass hilt / grip and attached cross-guard are good. Scabbard absent.
