In good condition / original polish, a Taisho / Showa Gendaito Japanese Wakizashi

Unsigned. Early to mid 20C (Taisho / Showa era). Very high quality Gendaito blade. Masame-Itame Hada (grain). Sogu Hamon. Yakizume Boshi. Some scratches, not many. A small fukure carbon pocket / blister. Kozuka-Gokatana (small knife) absent.
The stunning 19 inch nagasa (cutting edge section) blade is in very good condition (see above notes). The furniture (tsuka etc) mostly firm but the tsuba with some movement. The saya in good condition, some minor scuffs / marks. The sword sheathes and draws well.
