Colichemarde / Triform in that if you look at the blade it is triangular in form. From a time when it was necessary for a gentleman to carry at least one weapon as he went about his business.
The 31 7/8 inch blade has some etching visible and a smidgen of gilt etch to the forte / ricasso. Blade firm in the hilt but the guard and grip do move due to age / wear. The hilt and grip otherwise good for their age.
