The 32 inch period regimentally sharpened blade is in very good condition and firm in the hilt. The hilt very good. The composite / Bakelite type grip with some age is none the less still good. The black painted (believed period) scabbard has some light rust pitting and small patches of lost paint is otherwise also good. The sword sheathes and draws well.
