The faux fishskin grip and associated grip wire bindings are good to very good. The sword knot in very good condition. The leather and brass fittings scabbard is very good save for a slight ineffectual kink just short of the top locket. The folding guard section of the hilt works well and locates onto the scabbard securing pin as it should.
