Believed to be a British war trophy.
The plain (etching probably cleaned off) 6 7/8 inch triform blade is in good condition and firm in the hilt. The hilt generally very good. The fluted mother of pearl grip scales are good but one has a few very small edge chips. The brass scabbard is good. The dirk sheathes and draws well. If only this one could talk of its past. Yours to hold and ponder for was £? (too late, now sold). Please quote item number W13. Full sized pictures available upon request. Tube 1144-51×8 (0.368).
