Rare to find in this condition, an authentic 19th / 20th Century Senegal / Burkina Faso / Ivory Coast Mandingo Sword. 19 5/8 inch blade good but some black inert rust (patina) patches; firm in the hilt. The hilt scabbard, belts and “knot” all in very good shape. The sword sheathes and draws well. A great display piece for just was £? (too late, now sold). Please quote item reference U10.
