This is a fearsome sword, not like most brass handled swords for sure, though mostly used for sawing and chopping fire wood.
19 3/16 inch blade is in good condition though black brown from patina, firm in the hilt, 26 1/8 inches overall. The ribbed brass grip equally good with a pleasing age tarnish. Weight 1.483 Kg (heavy, very heavy).
