The 32 1/4 inch curved blue and gilt etched blade is in good condition and firm in the hilt. The gilt brass hilt in good condition, as is the grooved ebonized grip. The steel and brass scabbard is good but has several dings, specially around the drag, commensurate with active mounted use. The sword sheathes and draws quite well.
