A rare issued British Georgian East India Company / Bombay Marine Naval Officer’s Fighting Dirk with Sanskrit style “N” over “3” EIC view / acceptance mark (rubbed remains of the same on one langet), plus “67” over “11” for weapon 67 of ship 11 (or weapon 11 of ship 67 of course); the Bombay Marine had quite a fleet.



The 17 5/8 inch blade is in aged but good condition and firm in the hilt. The hilt very good for its age. The bone grip is in good condition but has an age crack its entire length, plus a little chip.
