These are reproduced, but this is a rare authentic WW2 British SOE (Special Operations Executive) / Commando Spike Dagger. How do you tell the difference? For a quick check, look at the blade tip! Reproductions have much more angular points that resemble a Philips screwdriver; this one has the tell tale original slender point. Plus, of course, this original has an original cord wrist strap and markings to the top of the pommel (if you know what / who they relate to, buy first, tell after!).
6 5/8 inch blade, 11 3/16 inches overall. All firm and good. Many knocks / dings. Cord wrist strap with lead end seal in aged but good condition.
