The 36 7/8 inch blade is quite good overall, but has a rust pitting section both sides about 2/3 the way down and a bend past that. Blade has a little movement in the hilt. The hilt and twisted wire grip are generally good though aged; a securing bar flange has lost its small screw.
These generally go for around 2500 GBP elsewhere, but our price is much nicer; yours for was £? (too late, now sold). Please quote item reference AC85. Further / full sized images available upon request. Box 0369-131x32x32 (3.258).
