VGC = Very Good Condition. This Burmaese dha jungle sword quite likely a WW2 British vet bring back. Blade with armourers / forgers / talismanic mark sturck into it. Probably / possibly a WW2 UK veteran bring back.
The period sharpened 20 1/2 inch blade is in good condition and firm in the hilt. The bound hilt in good order. The wooden scabbard has a split aoung the edge caused by the cutting edge of the blade; otherwise good. The sword sheathes and draws well.
