In very good condition, a Waterloo era British made Prussian m1811 Blüchersabel

Blüchersabel = Prussian light cavalry trooper’s sabre / saber / sword.
This started life as an English 1796 pattern light cavalry sabre, hence the Birmingham maker’s name (“Osborne & Gunby”) to the spine and British crown over 3 inspection / acceptance / view mark to the forte / ricasso; the later confirms it served with / was issued to the British Army / War Department. The sword was sold to Prussia immediately prior to Waterloo, given the Prussian markings and a Prussian made scabbard; you can tell the later by the extended drag (British scabbards were near flush). Prussian markings to the sword and scabbard, e.g. weapon number “373” stamped to the spine over the British maker’s name (NB: Prussian crown marks with the year, came much later).
There are Prussian markings to the langet, R P C 13 26, very early markings likely to be Reserve (“R” applied later) Prussian Cavalry Regiment 13 weapon 26. Markings also to the scabbard; the scabbard is a later “marriage”, not the original Prussian scabbard, hence the markings for a guards regiment. NB; the earliest scabbard markings are worn / crossed out (the clear ones are later). The small rack numbers to the scabbard’s upper suspension ring likely show the scabbard was a later marriage / replacement. BTW you can quickly spot British made 1796’s and Prussian made 1811’s as the later have much thicker, more rounded cross guards.
The 32 1/4 inch blade is well aged and worn, the very tip slightly bent, firm in the hilt. The steel hilt / guard is aged / worn with some rust pitting around the langet area but is overall good. The ribbed grip is aged / worn but good. The steel scabbard has a light surface inert rust patina. The sword / sabre draws and sheathes well but a little loosely.
