Late 19th Century / very early 20th Century, circa 1900
The 8 7/8 inch curved steel blade is good but has patina / shallow inert rust patches. Blade firm in the hilt. The horn and gold metal hilt is aged and worn but good; a small surface chip under the end. The leather sheath is aged, worn and a little dry shrunk. The embroidered belt is aged, worn and a little grubby but good. The dagger sheathes and draws a little tightly.
