The 32 5/8 inch well etched blade is in very good condition and firm in the hilt. The steel hilt / guard is in aged but very good condition. The fishskin grip is a little faded and worn but very good; the associated twisted grip wire bindings are very good. The leather aspects (know and hangers) are aged but good. The plated steel scabbard has a small ding, tarnish and age but remains good. The sword sheathes and draws well.
