In very good overall condition, a quality grey etched WW2 era
/ King George VII British Royal Engineers officer's sword.

A good example, almost certainly WW2 made as no maker's / cutler's
/ retailer's name to the ricasso. None the less, a quality grey
etched sword clearly by a quality sword maker.

The 32 3/4 inch well etched blade is in good condition , some slight
roughness to the forward cutting edge (a small section thereof),
a little rust, not much. Blade form in the hilt. The hilt with some
aging / rust spot, not a lot. The grip in good order. The leather
field service scabbard aged and worn but still good and solid. The
sword sheathes and draws well.
A lovely piece. Please quote item reference number J21 (1122).
