1908P WW1 British Cavalry Troopers Sword, Sold

In very good condition, a 1908P WW1 British Cavalry Troopers Sword, EFD.

This sword has been cleaned of any war time paint. The scabbard has the regimental markings struck out but it appears to be an 11th Hussars sword & scabbard.

The 34 1/2 inch blade is in good condition but with some patina patches, firm in the hilt. The hilt / guard is very good. The grip is overall very good but the top section has some dents. The steel scabbard also good. The sword sheathes and draws well if a little loosely.

This is a keeper for collectors. Great value at £? (too late, now sold). Please quote item reference T76 (0799). Further / full sized images available upon request.
