In very good condition, a scarce WW2 Japanese Late Model Type 95 / 1945M NCO Shin Gunto.

Guaranteed authentic: A WW2 Japanese Late Model Type 95 / 1945M NCO Shin Gunto. Blade serial number 201750. Replacement saya / scabbard (serial number 2617).

The 26 3/16 inch nagasa (cutting edge section) blade is in very good condition, some black patina spots, with no apparent nicks, firm in the hilt. The wooden hilt has dry split both sides, but nothing major. The pommel cap wobbles (moves a little). The steel scabbard in good order with a lot of original camouflage paint remaining. The sword sheathes and draws well.
