In good condition, a scarce 1912 pattern British South African Cavalry Officer's Wilkinson Sword.

Most likely WW1, this is a rare sword, made by Wilkinson but issued (not privately purchased).

The 35 inch blade is in good condition and firm in the hilt. The hilt / guard aged (some rust specks) but overall good. Grip good; grip wire good but small repaired section. The steel scabbard was probably covered in leather once, but is not now. Steel scabbard in good condition. The sword sheathes and draws well. Leather sword knot aged but sound.
