In good condition, a solid / heavy 19C / 20C Omani / Arabian Jambiya, 92%+ Silver.

A heavy (with belt, over 1Kg) high quality silver jambiya in good condition (see silver test photos below; the dark red from an acid test shows the silver content of the embellishments is above 92%) (the brown for the worn section of the main dagger shows steel wearing through, you can see this section is / was silver plated as you would expect). The 7 1/4 inch blade is in good though aged (some rust, etc.) order and firm in the hilt. Leather backing coming away in a couple of places; nothing really serious. A great piece for only £?
