Sales enquiries

Very unusual in that the folding guard section has a VR cypher as well as the main cartouche area of the guard. If you like bespoke, you are unlikely to ever find another!

The 32 /14 inch blade is in fairly good condition but worn in places, especially around the forte / ricasso (maker's / retailer's name no long visible). Sword firm in hilt. The hilt a tad loose with a small gap between the back piece and the grip. The grip with wear and some small losses, the grip wire bindings good. The heavy brass scabbard (for senior field officers) bends long its length but is otherwise good; the throat a little loose. The sword sheathes and draws well.

You will likely not find another at any price; yours for £? (too late, now sold). Please quote item reference P67 (0265). Further / full sized images available upon request.
