1908P Mole British Cavalry Trooper's Sword,
Sold |
In good condition, a Mole of Birmingham made 1908 pattern British
cavalry trooper's sword, dated 1912, plus scabbard.

The blade in particularly good condition (the hilt easily restored).
The scabbard is dated 1911, so it is a marriage, which is often
the case with these WW1 era swords. Various markings to the blade
and scabbard.

The superb 34 3/4 inch blade is in very good, near mint condition
and firm in the hilt. The hilt / bowl guard with some light rust
(we have treated it) but in good condition. The grip very good,
a little faded. The steel scabbard in very good though aged order.
The sword sheathes and draws well.
A WW1 mole cavalry sword in good condition for only £(too
late, now sold). Please quote item reference O73 (1378). Further
/ full sized pictures available upon request.
