WW2 German Police Officer's Sword & Scabbard, sold

Swastika emblem removed, a WW2 German Police Officer's Sword & Scabbard by Clemen & Jung Solingen, in good condition.

The Nazi Swastika emblem has been removed from the grip, as many were by returning Allied servicemen.

The 33 1/4 inch blade is aged but in generally good condition and firm in the hilt. The hilt and grip are good, but have the wire and Nazi emblem removed. The steel scabbard is in good order. The sword sheathes and draws well.
