Sales enquiries

A good fighting as well as dress dirk. The 17 5/8 inch blade is aged and with patina but strong and sound, also firm in hilt. The bone grip has age cracks and a small chip under the pommel, plus has shrunk a little with age so as to leave a small gap between it and the backpiece of the hilt. The brass fitting and leather scabbard is good except for the break which runs almost the complete circumference of the scabbard (in the middle in case the buyer wants to repair / tape it themselves; certainly a fairly easy replacement for any skilled leather worker). The dirk sheathes and draws well.

A lovely dirk for only £xxx (too late, now sold, though we will divulge the original sales price for a small fee). Please quote item reference N11 (1300). Further / full sized images upon request.
