As about as good as they come, a stunning blue etched WW1 era German field artillery officer's sword, etched to "Feld Artill Rgt v. Peucker 1 Schles No 6" (1st Field Artillery Van Peucker Regiment, Battery / Troop No. 6); the regiment was barracked in Wroclaw (German: Breslau) in what is the Lower Silesia region of Poland.

The 34 1/4 inch blade is in superb condition, well etched, with regiment / troop name one side and field artillery horse train the other. Blade is firm in the hilt, the hilt with some aging but very good and sound. The grip in very good order for its age. The sword sheathes and draws very well.
