WW2 era Fairbairn Sykes Fighting Knife 3rd Patt, Sold.

A scarce wooden grip WW2 Fairbairn Sykes F-S fighting knife issued by the Royal Air Force to air crews.

The 6 3/4 inch blade is still quite sharp and in good overall condition, firm in the hilt. The turned wooden grip is good but there is a small crack near the crossguard which is only to be expected.
