Early 20th Century Borneo Dyak Mandau Head Hunter's Sword, sold

A good bone head / hilted, very early 20th Century Borneo Dyak head hunter's sword (Mandau), in sound to good condition.

We guarantee this is an early 20C Dyak head hunter's sword, not one of the hundreds of late 20C tourist pieces you find elsewhere. The 49cm hand forged blade is firm in the hilt, the carved bone hilt good but with age and damage commensurate with its age. A very good buy. Further / full-sized pictures available upon request.
