Sales enquiries

Often referred to as an "Aradam" sword, this is actually a rare Arapusta (blade serrated along one edge) Tulwar with very high quality wootz steel blade. Believed to have been favoured by the Moguls, this is definitely one sword you would not want taking a slice at you with.

The 30 1/2 inch blade is in good condition, with clear signs of hand forging (forging lines or "ware") and the tell tale speckle of high quality wootz steel. The blade is firm in the steel hilt which has remains of koftgari decoration. Well worth our price of only £? (too late, now sold). Further / full-sized pictures available upon request.
