In good condition, a WW2 / George VI Scottish Highland Infantry
Officer's Basket Hilted Broadsword.
 

Etched to William Anderson, a famous military outfitter, of Edinburgh
(1910 to 1956). The blade bears the cypher of King
George 6th.


The 32 3/4 inch blade is in very good condition and firm in the
hilt. The plated hilt good but with some scratches. Crimson liner
good but royal blue edging are feint. Faux fishskin grip and twisted
grip wire both good. The crimson tassel in good order. The leather
scabbard in good order. The sword sheathes and draws well.
