WW1 British 1907 Pattern Bayonet by Wilkinson
Sword, Sold |
In good condition, a WW1 British 1907 Pattern Bayonet by Wilkinson
Sword, with signs of use and many post World War One inspection
marks.

Original acceptance marks still visible, 11 '15 (november 1915),
with further stamps to 1939! This 1907P by Wilkinson has been sharpened
and has use (nicks) to cutting edge. In addition, it has an unusual
frog button (remains of).
The 16 7/8 inch blade is in good condition, sharpened, with signs
of battle damage to cutting edge. Overall good, but lots of wear,
of course, with such a long service life. Bayonet sheaves and draws
well.
Nice price £? (too late, now sold). Please ask for item reference
AA61 (0060). Further / full sized photos available upon request.
