The blade has been zealously / over / mechanically cleaned, which is a shame because otherwise this is a quality 19C Indian Tulwar fighting Sabre (Saber) / Sword. When you handle these swords, you understand just how awesome they are.
The 32 inch plain curved blade has mechanical cleaning marks and some dents, otherwise in good condition and firm in the hilt. The solid steel hilt / guard / grip are in good condition. Scabbard absent.
