No markings but unmistakably British in every respect. Circa 1775.

The 26 3/4 inch blade has some wear / scratches / nicks but is in good condition and firm in the hilt. The period orange dyed bone grip with wear and some minor damage (small bits chipped off) but is good. The gilt generally good. The leather and steel fittings scabbard has age and has come apart in two (taped repair), otherwise quite good. The sword sheathes and draws well but can become quite stuck when fully sheathed.
