In good condition, a 19C Indian Tulwar with Koftgari Hilt and likely Wootz Blade

Because there are feint markings, we have not cleaned the blade of its light powdery surface rust, but there appears to be a distinct wootz pattern; ask for full sized / additional photos.
The 28 1/2 inch traditionally forged blade is in good condition, a couple of nicks, a light surface rust, firm in the hilt. The koftgari hilt is exceptional and in very good condition. Scabbard absent.
