In good condition, a WW1 1907P British Bayonet and JWB scabbard by Wilkinson Sword.
Period sharpened, date “3” “8” (March, 1908), marked “2 I” to hilt and “J. W. B. 18” to scabbard.
The 16 3/4 inch blade is in good condition and firm in the hilt. Hilt good but with wood knocks / dents and general age / wear. The round frog button version scabbard is aged but good. The bayonet sheathes and draws well.
A nice above average example. Not over the top (pardon the WW1 trenches pun) at £200. Please quote item reference number AF36. Further / full sized pictures available upon request. Tube 1122-68×11 (1.255).
