These hunting swords were also used by infantry and naval officers. This one has some very old nicks to the forward cutting edge, so who knows……..


The 20 1/4 inch saw back blade has a steady patina, said nicks to forward cutting edge towards the point, and is firm in the hilt. The stag horn grip is aged but good. The brass hilt generally is aged / black tarnished but good.
