The 32 1/4 inch blade is in very good condition and firm in the hilt; there is a wriggle to the tip which would likely hammer out. The hilt with plating loss and surface rust (patina) in sound condition. The fishskin grip in overall good shape, as are the twisted grip wire bindings. Plated steel scabbard with some specking / crazing but good. The sword sheathes and draws well.

A lovely elegant sword for just £? (too late, now sold). Please quote item reference U12 (0873). Further / full sized images available upon request.
