French 1866M Yatagan Bayonet & Scabbard, Sold

In aged condition, a French 1866M Yatagan Bayonet & Scabbard.

Corroded, so date inscription no visible.

French Yataghan Sword Bayonet. 22 1/4 inch blade pitted but firm in hilt. Hilt OK except for pitting to steel release pin arm (mechanism works OK). Sheathes and draws OK into / out of scabbard.
