Serial number 87532 for 1964, this ERII infantry officer's Wilkinson sword actually looks much newer and is, in our opinion, in parade ground condition if a serving officer is considering it for that purpose; a little scuffing to the hilt, nothing much, otherwise VGC+

The 32 1/2 inch (7/8 inch width at ricasso) blade is in very good condition and firm in the hilt. The hilt with the slightest of scuffing but otherwise very good. The grip and twisted grip wire bindings are also excellent. The leather field scabbard has some aging / tiny scuffs but not very much. The sword sheathes and draws very well. A great collector's sword or one for a serving officer who wants to own and hold the best (Wilkinson). An exceptionally good buy. Further / full sized pictures available upon request.
