Victorian British Honourable Artillery Company Officer's Sword, Sold

In good condition, a Victorian British Honourable Artillery Company officer's sword.

A scarce sword, regrettably no scabbard (reflected in price).

The 30 1/2 inch blade is worn, so the etching is very, very feint, and has a steady patina throughout, but is good and firm in the hilt. The hilt is actually very good for its age. The grip too, including the twisted grip wire bindings are all good.
